The Wellington Caves tours takes your students on a fascinating journey back in time when the area was an inland sea, caves begin to form and Megafauna roamed.

Students can wonder at two distinct spectacular cave formations and learn about the many fascinating Australian megafauna who called the region home. The immersive journey can extend to the Discovery Lab where students undertake a fossil finding session with specialised tools in laboratory setting fit for future geologists, paleontologists, hydrologists and chemists.

Our most recent addition is our FREE Ancient Landscapes Gallery. Students can view a window into the past and interact with augmented reality Megafauna who stalk their prey and roam in landscapes of ancient flora and fauna and Elders share their stories of creation.

The experienced guides can cater tours to suit the needs of all students from Kindergarten to Year 12 and beyond.

Accommodation facilities enable school groups to stay overnight with catering options for both your overnight stay and your tour visit are also available.
