Who are we and what do we do?
- The Escape Hunt Experience is a real-life first person escape room game.
- In "escape the room" games, players in teams of 2-6 are "locked" inside a room and must explore their surroundings, solve riddles and clues in order to escape.
- The game requires players to be observant and use their critical thinking skills in order to solve the challenges and riddles.
- No physical activity is required to take part in our games.
- All games can be solved but are challenging, and require good teamwork, observation, problem-solving and communications skills.
- Our games are suited for all ages from primary to secondary level schools.
- Escape Hunt is exciting, addictive, challenging, educational and above all, fun!
How do I play the Escape Hunt Experience?
To answer this now would give away the whole surprise so let’s just say it is one of the most exhilarating ways to spend 90 minutes for a school excursion! Each session goes for 90 minutes and is roughly broken down as follows:
- 15 minutes of briefing.
- 60 minutes of game time (to "escape" the room)
- 15 minutes of de-briefing and photo-taking session
The adventure itself involves escaping from a room where a crime has been committed. Solve the mystery and escape. Sounds simple? Just try!
What games do we offer?
- We have 5 games rooms offering 4 adventures (two identical rooms for one adventure, and four adventures on their own) right in the heart of Melbourne city (Ground floor, 190 Queen St, nearby the corner of Queen St and Little Bourke St).

- Because of the unique combination of skills required to solve the games, Escape Hunt is the perfect activity for school groups who want their students to get to know one another (ice-breaking activity), have fun, and improve their teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- For this reason, the games are not only limited to the students, but we strongly encourage teachers to join in on the adventure with their students!
