Shibori

Shibori runs both school excursions to the Shibori Studio in Stanmore and school incursions to the school.  

A shibori workshop allows your students to learn new art and craft techniques. We can cover 

• History of the textile dyeing and craft
• Indigo dye and other dyes natural and man made
• Modern and historical uses for the shibori and other resist dyeing techniques.
•  How the technique is seen and used in the modern design industry
