Serendip Sanctuary Education Program (Parks Victoria)
Serendip Sanctuary is an ideal venue for schools to explore and study the wetlands, woodlands and native grasslands of the Victorias western volcanic plains. The sanctuary attracts over 150 free range species of birds and is home to a range of captive native animals.
Excursions to the Sanctuary offer students an excellent opportunity to learn about native animals and their habitats as well as the captive breeding of endangered Victorian birds.
