Book an Education Experience at the Dubbo Royal Flying Doctor Service Visitor Experience, and students will be immersed in this iconic part of Australian history and culture.
As part of the Royal Flying Doctor Education Experience students will:
participate in a tailored curriculum-based education session in the purpose-built education centre,
board the Mobile Education Unit; a life size replica of the fuselage and cockpit of an RFDS aircraft.
get up close to the service with live flight data and medical missions on the interactive control centre in the exhibition
get hands on with communication used in the outback from the pedal-generated morse code, school of the air lessons and community band radio
relive extraordinary stories from patients and staff
touch, explore and interact in the Visitor Experience.
