Port Elliot is a beautiful historic coastal village located on the southern end of the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, just 85 km south of Adelaide. There are many fun aquatic activities available in the area, so ask us for more information today. Some of the most popular things to do include:

The Accommodation
Multi-share rooms
Port Elliot YHA offers 4-6 person multi-share rooms, with communal bathrooms available on both floors of the building. All rooms include linen and lockers.
Private Rooms
We have a selection of both twin and double rooms – either with shared bathrooms for the budget conscious, or with ensuites for anyone wanting extra privacy. These rooms are conveniently located near to our multi-share rooms, so you can be near to the rest of your group.

- We have a dedicated School Group Coordinator to help with anything your group needs, from enquiry to check out.
- We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of your group and are pro-active in ensuring we maintain the highest possible standards in the field of risk management.
- Staff members are available 24/7 to help with any issues or emergencies.
- All of our staff are trained and capable of handling any emergency situations that may arise.
- Your group will be allocated separate bedrooms and you will not share any rooms with other guests that are not in your group.
- Group leaders will be allocated separate rooms to anyone under the age of 18, unless otherwise requested.
- We will allocate your rooms as close as possible to each other, to enable easy supervision of your group.
YHA's Commitment to your Group
- All PEYHA staff have Police Checks on commencement of employment
- PEYHA will ensure your requirements are met and you have an enjoyable stay.
- PEYHA staff are well trained and capable of handling emergency situations.
- A member of staff will be available during office hours 8.30 am 12.30 pm and 5 pm 8.30 pm and can be called upon to help with any concerns.
- You will be allocated separate rooms for your group and will not be expected to share with other hostel guests.
- If your group comprises of children under 18 years old, your group leaders including the coach driver and any other accompanying adults, will be allocated separate rooms from the group, if requested. These rooms will be allocated as close to the group to facilitate effective supervision. If however you have a group of a young age and prefer to be in the same room, this can be arranged.
