PGL Kindilan occupies a beautiful, 220-acre bushland site in Redland Bay, zoned a Conservation Area in South East Queensland, just 45 minutes from Brisbane. Our adventure programmes are designed to bring out the best in your students by creating challenges and developing skills, building confidence, motivation and creating a sense of achievement.
School Camps at PGL Kindilan
PGL Kindilan provides a fun and challenging adventure experience for schools and groups, giving them a taste of the real outdoors. The camp has an exciting range of adventure activities to inspire your group, including abseiling, bushcraft, canoeing, flying fox, possum glider and raft building. Selected adventure activities are led by trained PGL instructors, so you can relax and enjoy the activity with your group. And in the evenings, there’s always a free entertainment programme run by the camp team to keep everyone engaged and having fun.
Accommodation for up to 175 guests is provided indoors at Kindilan House, and a further 60 guests are accommodated in roundhouses and platform tents, with unlimited camping also available. There are plenty of facilities to enjoy, including BBQ areas, meeting spaces, a dining room, playing fields and a lake for watersports.
School groups enjoy a fully catered camp, with a menu full of fresh vegetables, salads and fruit, plus plenty of carbohydrates for energy: we can also cater for special dietary requirements. Free places for teachers and supervising adults are allocated in the ratio of one adult for every ten students.
All groups enjoy the added benefit of a PGL Group Leader (or ‘Groupie’), a member of the PGL team who provides an extra pair of hands during your stay and makes sure everyone is having a fantastic time.
