Multi award winning Narnu Farm has been operating popular school camps and school excursions for well over 30 years. We offer fully catered 1 and 2 night camp formats for up to 85 students in comfortable Bunkhouse style accommodation. Located on picturesque Hindmarsh Island we are only 1-hour from Adelaide.
Our popular farm camp program takes students back in time to the days of pioneer farming. Interactive, educational and fun this is an up-close and personal experience not found anywhere else! Available in one or two night formats for Reception to Year 7.
Activities include horse riding, blacksmithing, butter making, clydesdale hand ploughing, vintage truck ride, farm animal feeding and chicken hatchery. The two night program also includes a visit from Animals Anonymous.
We also offer a unique 2 night Eco- Adventure camp program show casing our beautiful local area. An educational experience also packed full of fun and adventure for Year 4-7s.
Activities include kayaking, goolwa barrage walk, exploring the Coorong beach, fish ecology and Narnu survival. Of course, your Narnu Camp wouldn’t be complete without horse riding and farm animal feeding.
