Standing up on a surfboard is something we should all experience at least once in a lifetime. At "Club Lorne" we are ideally set up to help clients achieve exactly that.
Club Lorne Outdoor Education Camp is the first fully accredited campsite to be conducted from a Lifesaving Club in Victoria. Our activities; which include surfing, boogie-boarding, ocean kayaking, rainforest bushwalks, lifesaving skills, beach art and rock pool rambles; are safe, healthy, fun, and challenging.
Although primarily beach based activities, our programs can be conducted all year round. We provide industry-approved equipment including wetsuits, plus hot showers directly on the foreshore in the Clubhouse. It's summer all year round at Club Lorne. Our programs are individually tailored to best meet the needs of your group from year 3 to secondary, tertiary, and adult corporate groups.
Lorne is a predominantly safe surf beach and our instructors are fully qualified surf lifesavers, with extensive knowledge of the area. Accommodation caters for up to 76 in 7 separate bunkrooms, with bathrooms all under the one roof. Some booking minimums apply at certain times.
