Workshops That Work is an innovative Education Company at the forefront of emotional intelligence, health, wellbeing and culture.   The focus is learning by enjoyment.

Christine Sully is Director; well studied in Self Regulation and Moderator of the Australian leg of MEHRET Centre social media page https://www.facebook.com/groups/365728454187338/;  she continues her education in the latest studies of emotional resilience (link https://self-reg.ca)  All of the workshops cleverly weave vibrant and interactive experiences with an SEL tilt.   Whether it be spectacular cultural dance explosion to Wellbeing Wonderland to Colour Zones of Regulation;  the children are engaged and thrive on her never forgotten workshops and teachings.     Whatever the theme the tried and tested ingredients of self reg, dance, drama, music therapy and a good dose of fun ensures the children are engaged and soak up the education.  Be prepared she generally comes with lots of props, costumes, therapy toys and more...

Some of the unique incursion workshops offered include:

The aim of each incursion is for the children to experience diverse ways of learning in a subject not focussed heavily on within the school curriculum.  Children remember these incursions as a reference and are often inspired and motivated to delve deeper because of them.   Some schools hang Christine’s easy reading posters throughout the school featuring colour emotional zone wheel, 5 finger rules of anti bullying or expected/unexpected behaviour and social smarts.

Christine has had 30 years experience as an Educator (previously director Incursions R Us) and spent 10 of those years travelling the world and teaching cultural dance.   In Workshops that Work she combines her belief in Social & Emotional learning with her love of dance/arts/music and drama to combine in what is always a 'Workshop that Works'.  Christine is based in Melbourne; however travels interstate to teach regularly.  She invites you to contact her through the website to discuss workshops that will work for your students this year.   You will be very pleased with whatever workshops she delivers.
