Retreats, fully programmed school camps, day activities, corporate events, Wombaroo can tailor a program to suit your requirements. Complete the high ropes course, canoe on the lake, take an exhilarating ride on the 120 metre flying fox, gather around the campfire and be amazed at the night stars, or simply relax and enjoy the surrounds of the Wombaroo Adventure Centre. Located in the Southern Highlands, Wombaroo is an easily accessible destination only 2 hours from Canberra and 1 1/2 hours from Sydney. Facilities: -Comfortable accommodation for 171 across three main accommodation areas -Large dining / meeting rooms -Awesome P.A System – enough gear for a presentation or a full band -Three separate breakout rooms -Outdoor ‘bush chapel’ Activities: With a great range of adventure activities, programs can be tailored to suit specific requirements and age groups: -Archery Team Initiative Games -Crate Climb Low Ropes Challenge Course -Vertical Challenge High Ropes Challenge Course -Giant Swing Abseiling -Orienteering Canoeing -Raft Building Flying Fox All groups are supplied with a recreation kit containing sporting equipment including soccer, rugby and volleyballs; cricket kit, bocce, and oz-tag. A table tennis table is available for use in the meeting hall. Catering: A full catering service is available. Self-catering is permitted (strict conditions apply).
